I've just recently gotten big into taking care of myself. I regularly exercise and eat well. The more educated you become, the more you realize how damaging that delicious saturated fat and high sodium is for your body. Why not get the most out of life by taking care of yourself?

As far as where I like to run, I just do it around my neighborhood. I wake up relatively early, and go for a jog to wake me up. There's nothing better than that!
I just recently bought Nike Shocks, and they're amazing!
And....
my favorite healthy snack has to be popcorn. Kettle corn though, with very low butter content.
