I believe that a positive attitude and expectancy play a major role in getting in shape and staying that way. You have to believe that you can get fit, stay fit and that you will enjoy the journey and the lessons learned along the way. Having faith means believing without knowing for sure.
Weather you’re five pounds over what you would like to weigh or two hundred pounds over, you need only have faith that you are heading in the right direction.
Focus on the good food choices you've made so far, and wake up each morning expecting a lot more of this! Shake off the depressing overeating experiences, and don’t miss the lessons you can learn from them. Hug yourself and start fresh right after that last bite! Keep at it, and get walking!
