
Plate a bunch of graham crackers next to a dish of low-fat yogurt, a dish of natural (no sugar added) applesauce, and a dish of low-fat peanut/soy butter. Eaters can dip as they wish!

Parfaits more your style? Then go ahead and layer the crackers, apple sauce and yogurt into the fancy tall glass of your choice. Exchange the peanut/soy butter for berries or bananas. Crumple the crackers for for extra flair, and eating with a long spoon is a must!
