- I Finally Got It!

Yes, I’ve finally got it: Walking for Fitness & Better Eating. After toying around with a few titles the last couple of months, I think the current one best relays what this blog is all about!

It's simply about walking on a regular basis, eating better than you did the day before and enjoying some helpful tips about how to go about accomplishing both. Eating better than the day before is a realistic approach to progressively making eating well a lifestyle. Trying to always consume foods that are fat free, low carb., sugar free etc... can become a burden to say the least. Eating what you like in moderation along with striving to walk as often as possilbe are the keys that will unlock the door to enjoying a normal and fit lifestyle!

Of course, I’ll continue to toss in a few Ayurveda tips, kids nutrition tips, wholesome food tips, and tips on how faith and believing in yourself plays a very important role in getting and staying fit. All this, and anything related that I think may be useful and/or just fun to know. Stay tuned!
