Here's a fun idea for when the weather is agreeable. Grab a few friends, some flashlights and if possible some reflective clothing then head out for an after dark walk! Listen for the soothing night sounds of nocturnal creatures both big and small. Enjoy the moon and stars and see who can first point out the big dipper. Depending on where you live, you may be able to moon walk at the beach or around a lovely lake. Maybe walk past some nifty shops down town and take in some window shopping! Moon walking is ideal for those who work late but would still like to get in some excercise. If you dress according to the weather any season is the perfect season for moon walking, and of course the more the merrier! If you moon walk, I'd love to hear about where you go!
