- Walking Is Forever!

Walking is unequivocally the most popular form of exercise throughout the world. Other forms of exercise get more attention from the media, but walking remains number one because more folks partake and continue to walk on a regular basis over any other form of exercise. Those who discover the simple joys of walking as a form of excercise tend to pass the idea on to friends and family, their children and grandchildren.

You know how when many folks approach middle age they tend to stop participating in most sports and many forms of exercise? Walking is the only exercise in which the rate of participation does not decline in the middle years. In fact, more people start to walk as they approach middle age. Walking is for life! Basketball, jogging, tennis, running, skiing, and other popular activities came on the scene long after good old fashioned walking! Get Walking!
